The Barrow River Arts Festival is supported by the Arts Council of Ireland’s Small Festival’s Grant, the Swiss Embassy in Ireland, RTE and the Markant Stiftung, Switzerland. It has also received support from Carlow County Council’s The Gathering Local Community Fund and forms part of Ireland’s EU Presidency Cultural Programme.
